Kachina Village

Located at the top of Taos Ski Valley, high up in the mountains above historic Taos in northern New Mexico and nestled at the base of Kachina Peak, lies Kachina Village.

The Village of Taos Ski Valley is clustered in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, 15 miles northeast of Taos and is at an elevation of 9,200 feet, is the highest incorporated community in the state of New Mexico.

Kachina Village is an additional 1,000 feet above Taos Ski Valley.

Situated 2,200 feet above the town of Taos, the alpine environment of Taos Ski Valley offers mountain biking, hiking, & picnicking in spring, summer, fall and excellent skiing in the winter.
